Description:4DNESUE2NSGS: sci-Hi-C on five human cell lines - analyzed using topic modeling - GM12878 Replicate Set of sciHi-C on GM12878 cells - this Replicate Set is derived from experiments performed on pooled mixtures of either IMR-90 and GM12878 cells or HFFc6 and GM12878 cells. The raw files from Bioreplicate 1 contain reads from HFFc6 and GM12878 cells and raw files from Bioreplicate 2 contain reads from IMR-90 and GM12878. Barcode information provided in the reference files associated with the experiments must be used to obtain line specific reads. Processed files for this set will be specific to GM12878 cells. NOTE: This description was updated 2020-06-22 - This updated description now correctly describes the mix pools of cells that produced reads for each bio replicate.
