Description:Untargeted ¹H-NMR metabolomics analysis of urine samples from pediatric patients with primary mitochondrial disease (PMD), secondary mitochondrial dysfunction (SMD), chronic kidney disease (CKD), patients with PMD and CKD, and healthy controls. Spectra were normalized to total spectral area and 60 samples were included after quality control.
