Description:4DNESTVIP977: sci-Hi-C on five human cell lines - analyzed using topic modeling - HFFc6 Replicate Set of sciHi-C on HFFc6 cells - this Replicate Set is derived from experiments performed on a pooled mixture of either HFFc6 and H1-ESC cells (Bio replicate 1) or HFFc6 and GM12878 cells (Bioreplicate 2) and raw files will contain reads from both cell types. Barcode information needs to be used to obtain line specific reads. Processed files for this set will be specific to HFFc6 cells.
